During the summer months, we offer an exclusive three-day weekend package so you can host your wedding celebrations in relaxed style. Join us on Friday to set up decorations in the Barn and across the grounds, then unwind with a cosy evening in our charming Bothy cottage. On Saturday you can take your time getting ready, enjoy pampering in our onsite hair and beauty salon, and then join your friends and family to create the most magical memories of your wedding day. On Sunday you have until midday to catch up with any guests who stayed on site before departing the venue.

OFF PEAK for the month of October

includes the same as the main Summer packages but EXCLUDES the wooden lodges (which may be added at an additional charge for certain dates) and access to some areas of the grounds weather pending.

OUR SUMMER WEDDING PRICE INCLUDES:

  • Exclusive use of The Barn and grounds for up to 180 guests

  • An in-house, on the day Wedding Co-ordinator

  • Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests

  • Access to the venue from 10am Friday until 12pm Sunday for a whole weekend of celebration

  • Your wedding reception until midnight on the Saturday (late licence for an additional charge)

  • Three bed detached Bothy with cosy Bridal Suite for 2 night stay (sleeps up to 8)

  • 5 luxury furnished wooden lodges for the night of the wedding (sleeps 2 adults in each)

  • Hot shower and towels for over night campers (on request)

  • Ceremony area - The Love Shack with PA system and microphone for celebrants

  • Our main bar - The Tipsy Gypsy for your evening reception

  • Our woodland bar - The Nags Head for pre and post ceremony drinks

  • Our Cocktail, Whiskey & Cigar bar - ‘The Wonkey Donkey’ for your evening reception

  • Giant hat Tipi - with flooring, rustic bar (optional for wet weather ), fire pit and fairy lights.

  • Curious outdoor seating areas and fire pits

  • Festoon lighting and fairy lights illuminating the venue and grounds

  • Oak barrel cake stand and knife

  • PA system and microphone for background music and speeches

  • Our professional, friendly team on hand if any help is needed

  • Internal and external toilets (Ladies, Gents and Disabled)

  • Guest parking for up to 40 cars

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS

  • Late licence fee for an extra hour of dancing - 2026 £500 / 2027 £600

  • For October Wooden Lodges £300 each for Saturday night

  • Extra night stay in the wooden lodges on the Friday - £100 for each unit
